Find a Safe Space for Your Story

We believe that you have to like and trust your therapist in order for healing to happen.

Our therapists are real people, with real lived experiences. We bring our whole selves into the therapy room so that you know you’re not alone in your experience. We understand the importance of lived experience and representation in therapy, which is why all of our therapists identify as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and/or neurodivergent, and all of our therapists are allies for these populations. We hope that this makes you feel seen and connected, and that you come to find that you like your therapist.

Our therapists have also all prioritized receiving therapy and practicing self-care because we know the value and importance of pursuing our own journeys to healing. We hold ourselves and each other up to the standard of always growing and learning, and every single member of our team is actively doing the work to see the world and offer therapy from a decolonized, humanistic, and depathologizing perspective. Every single one of our therapists is equipped to provide a safe and affirming space for clients coming from a marginalized experience. We hope that knowing this helps you to feel safe, and that you come to trust your therapist.

Take your time to learn about our vibrant team below and the lived experiences and areas of expertise that each unique professional offers to support you in your own journey of healing and thriving.
