(she/her)

Masters Level Clinician, MS

Creating safe, inclusive space to believe in the power of connection and the importance of understanding your unique story is my main focus throughout our sessions. I prioritize understanding each client's unique experiences and perspectives. By meeting you where you are, I aim to build a therapeutic relationship that creates trust and openness throughout our time together.

My therapeutic lens focuses on the relationships that shape our lives - whether they are with friends, family, partners, or ourselves. Together, we will explore your thoughts, concerns, feelings, and challenges at your own pace. We will identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop practical strategies to cultivate healthy relationships, deeper understanding of connections, and promote personal growth.

I truly believe that therapy is meant for you when you’re ready to take the next step into your own journey. I recognize that change can be scary, however it can lead you to where you need to be. If you’re ready to explore what this journey may look like for you, I would be delighted to start the process with you.
