  • Licensed Clinicians (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT)

    Individual 50 min: $150
    Couples/Families Intake 90 min: $275
    Couples/Families Ongoing 50 min: $175
    Couples/Families Ongoing 90 min: $250

    These clinicians are fully licensed - they have completed all educational, client hour, testing, and supervision requirements for their license, and are maintaining required continuing education hours.

  • Associate Clinicians

    Individual 50 min: $120
    Couples/Families Intake 90 min: $225
    Couples/Families Ongoing 50 min: $140
    Couples/Families Ongoing 90 min: $200

    These clinicians have completed all educational requirements for their license, but are pursuing full licensure by completing the client and supervision hours required by the state. They practice under the professional supervision of a fully-licensed therapist.

  • Intern Therapists

    $30 - $115 per 50-minute session

    These therapists are completing the educational requirements for their license and are under the supervision of both a fully-licensed therapist and their university.

    All intern therapists are trained in BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ competency. Many intern therapists have advanced trainings in Gottman Couples Therapy and/or Brainspotting.

  • Cigna/Evernorth Insurance

    Some Hampton House therapists take Cigna and Evernorth insurance. If you have this coverage, please notify the scheduling team so that they can set up your billing to go through insurance.

    Don’t have Cigna/Evernorth? If you wish to submit a superbill to your insurance for reimbursement of out-of-network services, please notify our scheduling team.

    *Please note that your insurance provider will require us to include your mental health diagnosis.

FAQs

  • Many of our therapists offer reduced rate availability to support clients who can’t afford their full rate. Please reach out to our scheduling team to discuss the possibility of a reduced rate fee.

    Another option is to consider seeing a skilled intern or therapist through our affiliate counseling center, Clarksville’s House of Healing. This center offers the same standard of safe, affirming, and competent care as Hampton House, and is under the umbrella of our nonprofit, Healing in the Margins. This is a great option for anyone living near Clarksville and/or in need of reduced rate therapy sessions. For more information, go here.

  • Hampton House has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please be sure to contact the scheduling team at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a late cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment will result in a charge for the full session fee.

    If you have a personal or family emergency, contact the scheduling team ASAP to discuss rescheduling and we will do our best to accommodate you.
