“After growing up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, I had the opportunity to spend a decade living across the country from Colorado to Florida to Virginia, and finally Tennessee where I’ve spent the last 10 years. During this time I met and made community with folks from all walks of life. These experiences have allowed me to more deeply understand the underlying thread of human connection between us, and celebrate our unique differences.
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to create a meaningful and fulfilling life. When we experience empathy and powerful feelings of awe in connection with others, we are better able to expand our self-awareness, reflect and heal from life’s most difficult moments, and understand how to harness our internal and external experiences into a powerful life story.
My client-centered approach to therapy is based on facilitating healing through relationship, making meaning through self-awareness, and finding your strengths so you can live in authenticity. As an ally, I offer a safe and accepting space for you to more deeply explore your thoughts and feelings in a way that helps you better understand yourself. In our work together, I welcome you to come as you are: you are seen, heard, and accepted for your lived experience. Asking life’s big questions can be uncomfortable, but I am here to walk alongside you in your journey of healing and growth.”
