Are you searching for healing but might be unsure of where to begin? I would love to help. I am a bilingual Latina therapist dedicated to supporting BIPOC teens and adults break cycles through culturally sensitive healing + navigation through dissociation, PTSD, sexual assault, anxiety, depression, racial identity, and much more. As a first‑generation daughter of immigrants in Nashville, I understand first-hand the pressure to feel like you have to work twice as hard to feel seen by society and family. In the therapy room, I create a safe space to explore the needs that tailor to each client. I’m here to meet you where YOU are at!

I use a holistic and integrative approach in therapy. I truly believe that because the mind, body, and spirit are connected, it is important that each of the holistic parts are recognized in therapy. I specialize in DID/dissociation, relationships, anxiety, depression, immigrant + refugee individuals, teens, PTSD, and sexual assault.

Whether you're a child, teen, or adult, you're safe here, and l'd love to work with you. I understand that this process can be challenging, because change can be hard. As your therapist, I will create a safe, and judgement free zone while walking with you on your healing journey. I have immediate openings whenever you're ready.
