I’m passionate about destigmatizing mental health care and creating a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported as they navigate their relationships with themselves and others. As a South Asian American and daughter of immigrants, I understand firsthand how cultural expectations and family dynamics can shape your lived experiences. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and develop the tools you need to heal and thrive.
In our work together, you’ll find an empathetic, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges, process emotions, and experience genuine growth. I work with individuals ages 16 and older from diverse backgrounds who are seeking healing from trauma, relationship or family-of-origin issues, life transitions, cultural identity concerns, anxiety, depression, and other difficult experiences. I am especially passionate about supporting members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities.
My approach is integrative, multicultural, and trauma-informed, drawing primarily from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and somatic techniques. I am also trained in Brainspotting, an impactful method for treating trauma and emotional distress. Because every person is unique, I tailor my methods to meet each client’s individual needs and goals.
