“Originally from Douglas, Georgia (home of boiled peanuts and infamous Georgia peaches), I moved to Nashville in 2014, and received my Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. I take a client-centered and solution focused therapeutic approach and hope to affirm every client I work with. In therapy we dive deep into the systems we are a part of as we dig deeper into who we are. It’s important to me that we focus on establishing healthy, healing, and historically sound relationships that are guided by intergenerational and structural work.

I believe that we all have unique gifts and talents, and our ability to channel them and focus on self-development and affirmations of self, prepares us to handle, experience and make “living your best life” not a fleeting motto, but something you can believe in!”
