Masters Level Clinician, MA

As someone who has moved around a lot (New Jersey, Charleston, Boston, Denver, and now Nashville), I am endlessly fascinated by how our environments and upbringing shape us. How does your past inform your present? How do you want your present to shape your future?

I’ve had the honor and privilege of walking alongside people as they navigate huge life events, both as a victim advocate and as a birth doula. Having worked with many clients experiencing high-risk pregnancies, bereavement, and trauma, I strive to create a space that is safe and supportive. I want my clients to find healing from the hurts we all carry
so that they’re not just surviving but thriving in life.

In 2025, I co-created a virtual group for parents who have experienced stillbirth and infant loss, which continues to run on a rolling basis. When I watch group members support one another through their own loss, I feel both the weight of the pain and the fullness of the love. It is a lesson that I think applies to many areas of life: sometimes the hardest things we do are also the most meaningful.

I practice a trauma-informed and holistic (mind, body, and spirit) model of care and, as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, believe in serving everyone while honoring them exactly as they are. I love to educate, empower, and uplift my clients and support all their choices without judgment. The honor of being allowed into a therapeutic relationship is never lost on me, and when a person is ready, I would love to explore if we’re the right fit to work together.
