Gisselle Vega
(she/her)
Clinical Intern
*I also speak Spanish
Hi, I’m Gisselle (she/her), an MFT student intern at Hampton House and the proud daughter of a Cuban-Lebanese refugee. My cultural heritage and Spanish fluency shape my approach to therapy, helping me create a welcoming, supportive space for you; wherever you come from and however you identify. I’m here to help my clients navigate life’s ups and downs with empathy, a touch of humor, and a lot of heart. I believe therapy should be a place where you can feel safe to be yourself and supported as you work through life’s challenges.
Outside of sessions, You can find me getting dirt under my nails in the garden with my Aussie, Baloo, tackling DIY projects, and spending time with my fiancé and loved ones.
I believe balance is important, both in therapy and in life. Life can be messy, but with a little humor and connection, we can grow through it—just like my garden. Beginning that process can feel intimidating and hard to start, but each step goes a long way. If you’re looking for a therapist to join you for that journey, I’d love to work with you.
