THERAPY
“I am a daughter of Lao refugees, born and raised in Tennessee. I love working with individuals who have a desire to process through their trauma, working though identity reconstruction, general anxiety, and depression. In doing this work, I have learned that every human has a unique story with a common theme of a longing to be understood, accepted, and seen. I continue to learn the importance of understanding all the parts that make my clients’ stories. It’s my desire that I create a safe space for you to bring and be all of who you are on your unique journey of healing.
For the work I do with clients, I recognize the importance of your attachment framework, trauma and cultural background, and all core emotions, including how they show up in the body, and utilize that as a framework for healing. Through a lens of genuine curiosity and authenticity, parts work, and somatic based healing, we can explore all parts of your unique story, honor the parts that may have become wounded or forgotten, and foster a sense of understanding, safety, and healing.
A space for people to bring every part of themselves (whether questioning, reconstructing, or discovering) is lacking, and I want to help change that. If you long to find a safe and inviting space where you can process, grow, and heal, I would love to work with you.”
