Masters Level Clinician, MSW

I help folks with anxiety and complex trauma move from avoiding their emotions towards processing them, from being highly self-critical with a harsh inner voice towards self-compassion and kind curiosity, from emotional reactivity towards emotional responsiveness. I do my best work with individuals and couples who experience repeated patterns of feeling and behavior but can’t seem to get off the merry-go-round, who feel disconnected from themselves and others, who may struggle with perfectionism and want so much to be seen and known by the people they love, but are fearful of showing up as their most genuine selves.

In our work together we’ll collaborate to build compassionate awareness around your unmet emotional needs, around what you’ve had to sacrifice to stay safe, around who you’ve had to be versus who you want to be. We’ll leverage self-awareness towards rewriting old narratives so you can begin to develop more sustainable ways of relating to yourself and others.

I work from a holistic, identity-focused lens and prioritize creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, connection and respect. I’d be honored to connect and do this heart work with you!
