MSSA, LCSW

“I have practiced clinical social work for over 30 years. I utilize Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Client-Centered Therapies. I also enjoy incorporating energy healing and mindfulness practice.

I offer a warm, safe space to talk openly and process both your thoughts feelings. enjoy helping people work on finding strategies that will improve their quality of life. I really enjoy helping people to discover hidden strengths within. I love working with folks who want to dig deeper in their self-exploration. I enjoy working with clients who are having challenges with life transitions and difficulties with adjustments.

A very special area that I love to explore with clients is the process of becoming parents, wherever you are on the journey. Oftentimes, pregnancies and birth experiences do not go as planned and that can be challenging and overwhelming so it is my hope that I can provide a safe space to process. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, honest, culturally sensitive, and respectful space for your individualized journey. I love being able to see my clients have “lightbulb moments” and leave our session feeling empowered. I understand that change can be so scary and challenging… but it is possible with the right support and encouragement.”
